Potomac Law Represents Capstone in Acquisition by CSA

Potomac Law served as counsel to Capstone Corporation in its acquisition by Client Solution Architects LLC (“CSA”).  The transaction was announced July 1, 2021.

Capstone will be a wholly-owned subsidiary of CSA, which provides digital transformation services and solutions to U.S. Federal Government customers, particularly for Defense Department clients.  CSA also received an investment from Blue Delta Capital Partners, a leading venture capital firm focused on the U.S. government services market, as part of the transaction.  Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed, although CSA noted that the combined company will have over $100 million in revenue.
