PLG served as legal counsel to Geneva Software, Inc. ("Geneva") in its acquisition by Redhawk Federal Solutions ("Redhawk"). The transaction was announced in early September.
Geneva is a federal government technology firm providing application development, lifecycle management, and IT support to the U.S. Department of State and other federal agencies. The acquisition expands Redhawk's intelligent business transformation capabilities and strengthens its relationships with Department of State customers. The combination brings together Geneva's more than 30 years of federal technology experience with Redhawk's capabilities in artificial intelligence, data interoperability, and cybersecurity.
The PLG transaction team was led by Michelle DiCintio, who has served as Geneva's outside general counsel since 2013. The PLG team also included David Dargatis, Ben Weiss (Tax), Gina Del Negro (Employment), and paralegal support by Summer Dukes.
