Washington D.C. (February 2, 2022) -- Potomac Law Group is pleased to announce a record year for its Corporate and Transactional Practice with deals totaling more than $1 billion in 2021. Serving a diverse client base in the U.S. and abroad, Potomac Law Group closed corporate deals totaling $600 million and lending transactions exceeding $400 million.

“Despite the pandemic that slowed some industries, our lawyers went where the demand was, closing more than 50 transactions in 2021,” said Potomac Law Managing Partner Benjamin Lieber. “We worked deals for major and smaller clients and navigated our way through the many obstacles that are inherent in complex transactions.”

“We expect an even busier 2022,” said Lieber. He added that the 2021 deals involved several industries including medicine, real estate and financial services.

Potomac Law Group’s Corporate and Transactional practice recently expanded with the addition of five partners joining the firm in the last 16 months including Senwan Akhtar, Michelle DiCintio, T.J.
