Michael Del Negro is a senior regulatory, compliance, and investigations attorney who advises global companies on high-stakes government enforcement, product safety, and enterprise risk matters. With more than two decades of experience, he works closely with Fortune 100 and multinational organizations to navigate complex regulatory environments, design effective compliance programs, and align risk management strategies with business objectives.

Michael has deep experience advising manufacturers and product-driven companies on regulatory and compliance matters across complex, highly regulated supply chains. His practice spans the full lifecycle of compliance and enforcement matters—from proactive program design and internal investigations to managing product safety risks, recalls, and government inquiries.

Before joining the firm, Michael served as Vice President, Head of Safety, Ethics & Compliance at Peloton Interactive, where he led a global compliance and risk program, oversaw internal investigations and whistleblower processes, and advised executive leadership and the Board on governance and regulatory matters. He also held senior legal and compliance roles at GE Appliances, a Haier company, and General Electric, where he led global product safety and regulatory compliance initiatives and managed complex government investigations.
