Luisa Caro is Counsel in the firm’s Litigation and White-Collar Defense and Investigations practice groups. She has broad experience in both federal and state trial and appellate litigation in a variety of substantive areas, in addition to experience in white-collar matters and internal investigations. She represents and advises corporate entities and individual clients in all stages of litigation.

  • Represented government contractor in breach of contract and tortious interference claim from complaint through trial.

  • Represented IT company in trade secrets litigation against former employee through discovery and trial.

  • Conducted various internal investigations, ranging from a charter school to a major pharmaceutical company.

  • Represented individual bringing fraud claim from complaint in civil case through enforcement proceedings and bankruptcy proceedings.

  • Represented individuals in white-collar matters relating to insurance and mortgage fraud.
