The conference is co-sponsored by the UC Berkeley Center for Law & Technology and Tsinghua University.
Skip will participate in the “Trade Secrets: A U.S.-China Comparative Perspective” panel, alongside FENG Chao and Hon. SONG Jian, Former Judge of JHPC
