PLG attorneys Greg Giammittorio and John Scanlon, joined by PBS Associate General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary Mary Plantamura, recently presented on a panel at the Association of Corporate Counsel National Capital Region's fall conference on corporate governance.  Their topic: Corporate Governance Considerations for Early-Stage Growth Companies.  The event, held virtually this year, formed part of a larger series of conferences sponsored by the ACC NCR on hot topics in privacy and corporate governance.
