Partner Marci Lerner Miller to Moderate Panel at the Yale Law School and the Surveillance Oversight Project

Partner Marci Lerner Miller, member of Potomac Law's Litigation and Government Investigations, Privacy and Cybersecurity, and Education Practice Groups, will be moderating the expert panel on remote proctoring's impact on accessibility for students with disabilities at the Yale Law School and the Surveillance Oversight Project's symposium. The session, which takes place Saturday, March 6 from 1 - 4:30 pm ET, will examine how remote proctoring software promotes bias, undermines privacy, and creates barriers to accessibility.
