Potomac Law is pleased to announce that Roberta Anderson Sutton, a partner in the Privacy and Cybersecurity practice, and Insurance Recovery and Risk Management practice leader, has been appointed to serve on Law360’s 2022 Cybersecurity & Privacy Editorial Advisory Board.

The editorial advisory board provides expert insight on how best to shape Law360's coverage.

“It’s a distinct honor to join Law360’s editorial advisory board for Cybersecurity & Privacy, two areas that continue to evolve dramatically and rapidly, impacting organizations of all types and sizes, and across all industry sectors,” said Sutton. “I look forward to joining my esteemed colleagues on the editorial advisory board and adding to the conversation about these critical issues as the rise and expansion of digital commerce continues, and cybersecurity and data-privacy-related exposures continue to evolve.”

Sutton is a recognized national authority in cybersecurity, privacy, data protection, insurance recovery, and directors and risk management issues. She frequently lectures on these subjects, including most recently serving as a featured speaker at RISKWORLD™, the RIMS 2022 annual conference and exhibition in San Francisco, and provides interviews to leading industry publications and mainstream publications, such as The New York Times and The Washington Post. She currently serves as Vice-Chair for the American Bar Association's Tort and Insurance Practice Section Cybersecurity and Data Privacy General Committee.
