Lori is a Partner in the firm’s Immigration practice. She is a seasoned business immigration attorney who partners with domestic and multinational companies to navigate the complexities of today’s dynamic U.S. immigration laws and policies. She works closely with employers of all sizes — from growth-stage companies to established global organizations — as well as their professional foreign national employees, to design and facilitate immediate and long-term immigration strategies that support their business needs.

Lori’s practice covers the full spectrum of employment-based immigration, including obtaining and extending temporary nonimmigrant status and visas (such as B-1, E-1/E-2, E-3, F-1, H-1B, J-1, L-1, O-1, and TN), immigrant visas and permanent residence in the EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3 categories, post-approval compliance and maintenance, and U.S. citizenship applications. In addition, employers routinely rely on Lori’s business-minded advice to design and implement immigration compliance and employment eligibility programs. She also advises on family-based immigration, such as marriage-based permanent residence, and advises clients about immigrant and nonimmigrant visa consular processing.

Clients value Lori’s responsive, practical and solution-oriented approach and her ability to anticipate both legal and business considerations. With significant experience advising technology, life sciences, consumer goods, financial services, manufacturing, education, healthcare and non-profit companies — including those establishing or expanding their U.S. presence — she brings experienced insight into the unique challenges faced by employers in competitive industries that rely on global talent.
