Potomac Law Welcomes Brian Levin and Dan Reiter

We are pleased to announce that  Brian Levin and Dan Reiter have joined the Pennsylvania office of Potomac Law in our Real Estate and Finance and Energy practice groups.

Brian Levin’s practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions with a particular emphasis on commercial leasing.  In addition, over the past several years, Mr. Levin has worked on numerous solar energy development projects.  His clients have included institutional owners of commercial office properties, one of the nation’s largest banks and the receivership affiliate of a prominent national real estate brokerage company.  Over his career, he has handled a wide range of commercial leases for both landlords and tenants, including several corporate headquarters leases, a number of coworking/shared office space deals and a variety of retail transactions with many prominent national retailers.

Mr. Levin received his J.D. from University of Pittsburgh School of Law.  Prior to joining Potomac Law, he was a Partner at Fox Rothschild LLP.

Dan Reiter’s practice focuses on energy and real estate transactions.  Throughout his career, Mr. Reiter has guided real estate transactions involving millions of square feet of market-leading trophy and class A space, and many thousands of acres of land.  This regularly includes leasing and other transactional matters.  He also has significant experience structuring, drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts.  Mr. Reiter also practices regularly in the rapidly expanding and always evolving solar energy industry, representing an impressive mix of independent power producers and other project developers, host site owners and electricity customers in connection with the development, purchase, sale, construction, financing, operation, maintenance, and/or asset management of hundreds of megawatts of solar energy generation facilities in the aggregate.

Mr. Reiter received his J.D. from Harvard Law School.  Prior to joining Potomac Law, he was a Partner and Co-Chair of the Energy and Natural Resources practice group at Fox Rothschild LLP.
