PLG is pleased to welcome Dana Desenberg as a partner in our Corporate and Transactional practice group in our Houston, Texas office.
Dana is a seasoned corporate attorney with more than 30 years of experience representing companies, investors, and founders across a broad range of industries including energy, technology, manufacturing, healthcare, consumer products, advertising, and franchising. Dana understands the challenges business owners face every day and offers practical, business-oriented solutions. She is known for her pragmatic, common-sense approach and her ability to efficiently navigate complex matters while keeping business objectives front and center.
Dana focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, commercial transactions, finance, tax structuring, real estate, and franchising. She frequently serves as outside general counsel to her clients, on everything from day-to-day operations to strategic initiatives.
Prior to joining PLG, Dana was the co-founder and managing partner of Lee & Desenberg, PLLC in Houston, Texas. Dana earned her J.D. and B.A. from the University of Houston.
