Kathleen has over 20 years of experience in the trademark field, specializing in all areas of trademark prosecution and maintenance including conducting clearance searches, preparing and filing trademark applications, office action responses, and statements of use and maintenance and renewal filings. Kathleen regularly communicates with foreign counsel regarding prosecution and maintenance of client’s foreign trademarks. Kathleen is experienced in the area of trademark enforcement, which includes reviewing watch notices, conducting investigations on potential infringements and preparing warning and demand letters. Kathleen also has experience in copyright matters to include filing applications and recording documents with the Copyright Office.
