Holland Goodrow

As Senior Marketing Manager at PLG, Holland Goodrow serves as a member of the firm's leadership team, directing firmwide marketing, business development, branding, and communications strategy. She works closely with firm leadership and attorneys nationwide to advance the firm's strategic priorities, strengthen client relationships, elevate its market presence, and support continued growth.

With a collaborative, relationship-driven approach, Holland helps attorneys translate their experience and expertise into meaningful business opportunities. Her work spans strategic business development planning, attorney coaching, client development, lateral partner integration, thought leadership, media relations, and firmwide initiatives that reinforce PLG's distinctive model and culture. She is particularly focused on connecting attorneys, ideas, and opportunities across practices to encourage collaboration and drive measurable results.

Holland brings more than 18 years of marketing experience, including extensive experience in legal marketing, strategic communications, and project management. Prior to joining PLG, she served as Director of Marketing & Attorney Recruiting for a national law firm with offices in five states. She earned her MBA from Mississippi College and her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Mississippi State University.
