Gregory Watkins is a Partner in the firm’s Corporate and Transactional practice and represents clients with their business transactions and day-to-day business operations. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity issuances, corporate restructurings, raising capital and corporate governance. Mr. Watkins counsels clients on navigating the business life cycle and the ongoing requirements of business management, particularly with entity selection and structure, formation, organization, contract negotiation, operational and employment issues, commercial leasing, financing and exit strategies.
Representative Experience
- Served as sell-side counsel in the sale of a financial advisory services business for approximately $52MM.
- Served as sell-side counsel in the sale of a financial advisory services business for approximately $160MM.
- Represented Company in an ESOP transaction, including the redemption and sale of company stock, for $50.25MM
