Potomac Law Welcomes Marina Jáudenes

We are pleased to announce Marina Jáudenes has joined the firm as a Counsel.

Marina Jáudenes is an attorney and former investment banker with experience covering a wide range of domestic and cross-border corporate, securities, M&A and finance-related transactions. She has advised on legal issues affecting various business areas and worked closely with U.S. and foreign in-house counsel and business heads on both inbound and outbound matters. In the finance area, Ms. Jáudenes has experience in varied types of loan facilities, financial products and complex derivative transactions. Ms. Jáudenes has done both private and public domestic and international transactional work. She has represented global investment and commercial banks, hedge funds, corporations and private investors on a wide range of business, finance and financial services matters, including new financial product development, bank reporting, cross-border collateralized lending, derivatives corporate acquisitions and litigation. Ms. Jáudenes often monitors the work of tax, planning, accounting, immigration and other professionals assisting businesses in implementing their objectives.

She was most recently practicing at firms in Italy and Spain, and prior to that at Smith Barney, Inc. and Skadden, Arps, Slate Meagher & Flom, LLP in New York. Ms. Jáudenes received her J.D. from the Columbia University Law School, and her Bachelor of Arts from Wellesley College.
