Prior to his in-house role, Mr. Campo’s practice was global in scope, handling matters such as restructuring operations and international project finance loans related to the Chinese operations of a US-based Fortune 100 company, as well as assisting a European-based media company to acquire a series of US-based children’s entertainment producers using private and public debt and equity issued in the US and abroad. A fluent French speaker, Mr. Campo also represented venture funds and private equity companies completing investments in France and assisting their portfolio companies with expanding their operations with acquisitions, debt financings, licensing transactions and strategic alliances.
