Potomac Law Welcomes Isaac Mamaysky

We are pleased to announce that Isaac Mamaysky has joined us as a Partner in our General Counsel Services and Education practice groups.

Isaac Mamaysky is a Partner practicing in the areas of employment law, business litigation, and education law.  An experienced general counsel, Mr. Mamaysky offers comprehensive solutions to clients' multi-disciplinary legal needs.  He has worked on a range of matters, including employment issues, internal investigations, corporate governance and bylaws, contracts, regulatory compliance, dispute resolution, and litigation.  Mr. Mamaysky is also well-versed in crisis management and crisis communication, and he supports leadership teams when they face complex, unexpected challenges.

In addition to his experience with general business matters, Mr. Mamaysky is knowledgeable about the unique legal needs of educational institutions, including day and overnight camps, schools, and other youth program providers.  With many years of experience as the founder and executive director of a large residential summer camp, he has firsthand management-side experience with the same types of challenges faced by these institutions.

Mr. Mamaysky earned his Juris Doctor cum laude from the Boston University School of Law, where he was a Paul J. Liacos Distinguished Scholar, an Edward F. Hennessey Scholar, and a member of the International Law Journal.  A Rhode Island native, he earned a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy summa cum laude from the University of Rhode Island Honors Program.
