We are pleased to announce that Gregory L. Ewing has joined us as a Partner in our International Dispute Resolution and Privacy and Cybersecurity practice groups.

Mr. Ewing focuses his practice on dispute resolution and advising clients around cybersecurity, privacy, blockchain, and other technology related issues.

As a litigator and arbitration specialist, Mr. Ewing has extensive experience in high-profile international and domestic arbitration and litigation matters advising all sizes of clients, from Fortune 100 businesses, to non-U.S. sovereigns, to small businesses and individuals. He has represented states in investor-state arbitration, as well as corporate entities in ad hoc arbitration and under a variety of procedural rules, including the AAA, ICDR, JAMS, and LCIA.

Mr. Ewing also brings a deep technical knowledge.  Prior to becoming a lawyer, he was a software developer and consultant, which provides him the practical background to give clients the legal advice they need on all manners of technological issues.  Mr. Ewing co-founded two software startups, one using blockchain, and was a chief technical architect for a third.  He now uses that experience to provide real-world, business-focused legal advice.

Mr. Ewing earned his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania in 1999 and his J.D. from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in 2008 where he graduated magna cum laude.
