Potomac Law Represents Investor Consortium in Purchase of Market-Leading Health Care IT Firm

Potomac Law recently represented a group led by Fitzroy Health, LLC, a New York investment and management firm, in connection with its acquisition of RJ Health Systems International, LLC, a drug information company based in Rocky Hill, CT.  The acquisition was finalized on June 2, 2014.

Fitzroy Health invests capital, manages execution, and develops commercialization and expansion strategies for high potential healthcare companies.  Fitzroy Health is primarily focused on scalable innovations that improve health care delivery.  RJ Health, founded in 1983, provides pharmaceutical reimbursement and coding information and services for the healthcare industry. RJ Health operates a widely used best-in-class online coding and pricing guide, ReimbursementCodes.com, which will continue to be maintained and operated by RJ Health.
