Potomac Law is pleased to announce that Jessica Chod and George Dolina have become Partners of the firm.

Jessica Chod is a Partner in the firm's Corporate group.  Ms. Chod has experience both as a corporate counsel of a multi-national corporation and as outside counsel.  Her practice focuses on general corporate and contract law matters, as well as corporate governance and best practices.  Ms. Chod has worked on a wide range of transactions from initial funding for small start-ups to multi-billion dollar public company mergers. She has experience working with clients of all sizes that operate across the globe and in various stages of the business life-cycle.  Ms. Chod received her B.S. as a Meinig Family Cornell National Scholar from Cornell University in 2005.  She earned her J.D. Order of the Coif, High Honors, from the Emory University School of Law in 2009 where she also served as Executive Notes and Comments Editor of the Emory Law Journal.  Ms. Chod also received her M.B.A. from Emory University-Goizueta Business School the same year.

George Dolina is a Partner in the Patent group specializing in electrical, mechanical, and computer related inventions.  He has extensive experience in the areas of medical devices, digital content delivery, wireless communication, electro-optical devices, integrated circuits, semiconductors, signal processing techniques, electronic commerce, acoustic devices and video processing.  He has prosecuted hundreds of patent applications and has first-chair experience at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, including a successful track record in post-grant proceedings such as inter partes review, covered business method review, and reexaminations.  Mr. Dolina received his J.D. with honors from The George Washington University Law School in 2012.  He received both his M.Eng. and B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science in 1999 from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
