Potomac Law Group Welcomes Galia Messika

We are pleased to announce that Galia Messika has joined the firm as a Partner.

Galia Messika has extensive and broad experience counseling companies' senior management and boards of directors on resolving actual and potential disputes and litigating complex commercial cases. 

She has handled a wide variety of matters including litigation over corporate control, securities, fraud and class action litigation, breach of contract cases, contested restructuring matters and trade secret and intellectual property actions, both at the trial level courts and on appeal. She has also represented and successfully defended senior executives and directors in SEC investigations. A recent transplant to the Washington D.C. area, Ms. Messika is excited to provide exemplary legal services to Potomac Law Group's clients.   

Prior to joining Potomac Law Group, Ms. Messika was a partner at Kirkland and Ellis LLP and served as a clerk to former Chief Justice Aharon Barak of the Israeli Supreme Court.

 Ms. Messika received her LL.M. from New York University School of Law.  She also holds a LL.B. from the Hebrew University School of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude.
