On Tuesday, August 13, Partner Carla Garrett will Chair the SEC’s Small Business Capital Formation Advisory Committee meeting  at 9:30 a.m. CT, at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska, and is open to the public. The meeting will be webcast live.  See additional information here. 

The Advisory Committee provides the Securities & Exchange Commission with advice and recommendations on Commission rules, regulations, and policy matters relating to small businesses, from privately-held emerging companies to smaller public companies.  Members of the committee bring diverse perspectives from across the small business capital formation ecosystem.
