The House voted 361-61 to approve a FY 2019 spending bill that would keep the government running past September 30th until December 7th by approving funding for the departments of Defense, Labor, Education and HHS and including short term funding for the rest of the government.  Despite his threat that he would not sign a bill that did not include funding for a border wall, the President has signed the bill, thereby delaying the border wall funding fight until after the mid-term elections.
