Potomac Law Welcomes Steve Kabler, Partner

Stephen Kabler has joined the firm as a Partner in the firm’s Intellectual Property, Media, Entertainment and Communications, and Corporate practice groups.  He represents early stage and public companies across a spectrum of commercial matters, advising clients in their business transactions and alliances and providing strategic guidance on launching new businesses, products, and services.  In addition to broad commercial experience, Mr. Kabler has particular expertise advising companies on intellectual property matters.  He has represented clients in the cable and satellite television, Internet and mobile video, and film industries, assisting them in negotiating content distribution, acquisition, and production agreements, and advising on corporate, entertainment, copyright, and trademark law matters.
