The Washington Post recognizes Potomac Law as a 2024 Top Workplace in the Washington, D.C. area for the fourth consecutive year.

Selection is based solely on employee feedback gathered through an anonymous third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, which measured several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection. This year’s honorees include government contractors, law firms, real estate firms, consulting groups, and tech companies.

“It is an honor to receive Top Workplace recognition for the fourth consecutive year,” said Benjamin Lieber, managing partner of Potomac Law. “This award speaks to our collaborative culture and business model, which continues to provide the foundation for a flexible and enjoyable workplace.”

The Washington Post hosted an awards ceremony on Thursday, June 20 to recognize the top-ranked companies.
