Potomac Law partner Julia Anne Matheson is quoted in a CNBC article titled "Medieval Times sues performers’ union over trademark infringement.” Matheson discusses the complaint which involves the possible confusion between the company itself and its union, Medieval Times Performers United.  She also discusses why she believes this particular claim is unlikely to succeed.  Matheson represents both plaintiffs and defendants in similar claims.
