We are seeking a seasoned immigration lawyer with experience performing work for corporate clients (not individuals):
1) Experience counseling corporate clients on a wide range of business immigration matters;
2) Experience appearing in front of USCIS, DOL and DOS, filing petitions and applications, litigating appeals, and handling corporate compliance;
3) Specific expertise in various areas including handling H-1B, L-1, O-1A, E1/E2, NIW, EB-1A, as well as EB-5;
4) Portable book of business specifically with corporate, startup and emerging companies, universities, hospitals, and other organizations;
5) J.D. from top-ranked law school; and
6) 7+ years of AmLaw 100 firm experience in corporate immigration law.
