As our healthcare practice continues to grow, we are seeking a seasoned partner to join our team on a flexible, fully remote basis.

This role is ideal for an experienced attorney who advises healthcare organizations on regulatory compliance, transactional matters, and strategic initiatives across a complex and evolving landscape.

Qualifications

• Significant experience advising healthcare regulatory compliance, counseling, and risk management
• Experience evaluating regulatory risk in healthcare transactions and negotiating transactional documents
• Familiarity with healthcare corporate governance, organizational structuring, and strategic initiatives
• Experience with healthcare structures such as IPAs, ACOs, MSOs, and GPOs
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex regulatory issues into practical guidance
• Demonstrated leadership and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
• A portable book of business
• J.D. from a top-tier law school
• 10+ years of legal experience, including at an AmLaw 200 firm
