We are seeking an Employment Lawyer to join our team on a flexible, fully remote basis. We are considering candidates on both a part-time and full-time basis.

Requirements:

  • Experience counseling employer clients on a wide range of employment matters;
  • Experience assisting in developing personnel procedures and drafting employment-related agreements;
  • Experience appearing in front of EEOC, MPSB, and other administrative hearings, litigating appeals, and handling depositions is a plus;
  • Experience with labor unions is a plus;
  • J.D. from top-ranked law school;
  • 7+ years of AmLaw 100 firm experience in employment law;
  • Ability to concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form.
