As our corporate and transactional practice continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced corporate partner to join our team on a flexible, fully remote basis.

This role is ideal for a senior, business-minded attorney who regularly advises companies on day-to-day legal needs and complex commercial matters.

Qualifications

• Significant experience advising companies on commercial transactions and general corporate matters
• Deep experience drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements (including SaaS, licensing, vendor, and services agreements)
• Strong business judgment and the ability to translate legal risk into practical guidance for business stakeholders
• Experience working closely with executive teams and/or serving in an outside general counsel or similar advisory role
• A portable book of business
• J.D. from top tier law school
• 10+ years legal experience, including at an AmLaw200 firm
