We are seeking a seasoned healthcare lawyer with experience working on healthcare regulatory compliance and transactional matters, including the following:
1) healthcare regulatory compliance, counseling, and advice
2) evaluating risks in health care transactions and negotiating transactional documents
3) health care corporate governance, organizational structure, and strategic initiatives
4) health care structures, such as IPAs, ACOs, MSOs, and GPOs
Requirements:
Ability to concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form;
A strong work ethic, excellent leadership skills, and action-oriented approach;
Minimum 10 years of experience;
AmLaw 100 firm experience;
J.D. from top tier law school;
Ability to work remotely
