Todd S. Yoho is a paralegal in the firm’s Litigation and Health Care practice groups specializing in provider representation and regulatory compliance.  Mr. Yoho has ten years of experience in litigation support, and five years of experience in health care law, including drafting and filing all necessary pleadings and other papers in state, federal, and administrative courts, e-discovery review and process, statutory and procedural rules research, and regulatory compliance.

Before transitioning to the legal field, Mr. Yoho worked as a Team Leader in a hospital medical records department giving him unique insight and rapport when interacting with health care practitioners and administrators.  His health care experience has been invaluable in his history of working in matters as diverse as workers compensation litigation, health care law, health administration, and regulatory compliance.
