Reed P. Sexter is a Partner in the Firm’s Real Estate and Finance Practice Group.  Mr. Sexter has more than 20 years of commercial real estate and general business transactional law experience representing lenders, borrowers, developers, landlords and tenants.  He concentrates his practice on real estate finance on behalf of institutional and non-institutional lenders and national and regional lenders and borrowers; the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate properties; retail, commercial office and industrial leasing for both landlords and tenants; and real estate development.  In the area of commercial real estate finance, Mr. Sexter has closed over $5 billion of loans during his career and focuses on all aspects of secured lending, including permanent and construction financing, mezzanine lending, revolving credit facilities and real estate loan syndications and participations for all types of commercial real estate projects including office, multi-family, hotel, and shopping centers.
