Laura Kenerson

Laura Kenerson is a Senior Paralegal in the Banking and Commercial Loans and Corporate practice groups. Ms. Kenerson has worked as a transactional paralegal in both international and boutique law firms since 2004.  She has assisted in the representation of commercial lenders in both single lender and multi-lender transactions with regional, national, and international companies.  Ms. Kenerson has extensive knowledge of the Uniform Commercial Code and experience with corporate formation and maintenance.
