Lars Andersen, Counsel in the firm’s Real Estate practice, has over 25 years of legal experience focused on reviewing, negotiating, and drafting commercial office, retail, warehouse, and ground leases. Mr. Andersen has negotiated over a thousand lease deals, running the spectrum from short-term leases of about 1,000 square feet to long-term, single user requirements for 150,000+ square feet.  He represents a wide range of clients, from small regional businesses and non-profits to large national and international corporations.  Before joining the firm, Mr. Andersen served as senior counsel in large multi-billion dollar corporations.
