Ela Flynn is a Senior Paralegal in the Real Estate and Finance and Corporate practice groups.  Ms. Flynn has worked as a transactional paralegal for local and international law firms since 2001.  She has broad-based experience in all aspects of real estate and associated corporate transactions, including numerous development projects and the acquisition and sale of property, including multi-state, multi-property portfolios.  Ms. Flynn’s work in real estate finance involves the representation of both lenders and borrowers in conventional loan transactions, mezzanine financing, construction loans, and syndicated loans.
