Potomac Law represents Opterna in sale to PPC Broadband, Inc.

Potomac Law represented Opterna International Corporation (“Opterna”) in its sale to PPC Broadband, Inc., a Belden brand and leading developer and manufacturer of telecommunications connectivity solutions.

Opterna, headquartered in Sterling, Viriginia, is a major supplier of fiberoptic products for network infrastructure, data center, Internet of Things (IoT) and Fiber-to-the- Premises (FTTX) applications.   It has 375 employees in eight international locations in major markets throughout world, including world-class manufacturing facilities in Europe, Asia Pacific, India, the Middle East and the US.

The PLG deal team was led by Larry Schroepfer (corporate) and included Carla Garrett (corporate) and Rich McHugh (employee benefits).
