PLG Partner Bill Baker, who serves as the  budget officer of the Section of Science and Technology Law, was interviewed by Legal Talk Network at the 2015 ABA Midyear Meeting.  Baker talks about the section’s focus on cutting edge legal issues as they intersect with technology and science.
